Everything was very good, so were magnificent views on the greenery. Wonderfully helpful staff from check-in to check-out and the breakfasts were plentiful. The location was easy, so close to a busy square...

The room at Hotel Du Train was small but comfortable, perfect for a short stay. We loved the unique bunkbeds, reminiscent of a train wagon. The continental breakfast had a good selection and filled us up for the day. The staff was pleasant and helpful, providing us with a city map and useful information about the area. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly and convenient stay.

We had a great time at this unique place with an amazing location, and our economy twin room had everything we needed - a heating system, electronic key card, and work desk.

Very good location, near main attractions and shopping streets. Breakfast buffet was very good. A lot of variety and enough space for kids.
Check in and check out (reception) is in the other side of the block, in another hotel. No frigobar in the room.

It was a basic hotel that was within walking distance to some primary metro stations in Munich. It was great to be able to walk to the Karlsplatz, Marienplatz and also the central train station from the hotel.

Convenient location near a popular square with lots of shops around. You can easily stroll to the charming churches, the city center, and even the Oktoberfest spot. 🛍️ It's all just a stone's throw away.

The breakfast in the dining area was enjoyable, and the economy twin room was airy and great, with the hotel being in a marvelous and incredible location near a bustling square.

The location was relatively convenient to the train station (we walked) and there is a convenient restaurant right below.
We booked at the last minute so had limited options. The "second bed" was really a fold out couch but our booking reservations indicated it was a two room reservation, implying two beds. When we asked at the front desk, they said that was not what had been reserved for us. With no other options, we were stuck with what we got. The carpet was filthy with multiple stains. The one window was broken and could not be used (big sign on it saying "defect"). The breakfast was just ok - they did make more eggs when we requested one, which was nice. For the money, I think a hostel would have been a better (and cheaper) choice in hindsight.

Ok, where do I start? The first room we were given was awful. Way too small, way too shabby. I wish I could share photos with you, because I did take some. A prison's cell would have been better. Thank God, they did give us another room, this time at Tannenbaum. They said they couldn't give us a baby crib though. The room at Tannenbaum was better, but still it was definitely not worth the price. No mini bar? Jesus... There were stairs at the entrance, we had to struggle every time to carry the baby's pushchair. Breakfast was served over at Herzog-Wilhem (the reception was there too) and it was nothing special. We didn't even bother to eat breakfast there except for the first morning. I would never go back and I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh! Did I mention that our room was not tidied up the second day??
